LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha Stuns With Her Insane Core Strength As She Slays The “ANTIFRAGILE” Leg Raise Without Hands

Her ballet training paid off.

LE SSERAFIM‘s Kazuha is known for her insane core strength. One of her signature moves that shows this off is the leg raise. She often incorporates the move into variety shows.

Here is her showing it off on HYBE‘s episode of The Game Caterers.

It is no wonder that she has rock-hard abs to show.

They even incorporated the leg raise into the choreography for “ANTIFRAGILE”.

Kazuha typically does the move with one hand supporting the leg. This is to help her hit the second kick after the initial raise. But during a recent performance at a university festival, the girls had to use hand microphones instead of headpieces. This meant that Kazuha did not have a hand free to grab her leg.

She still slayed the move, executing it perfectly.

It left many in wonder at her core strength. Just how did she manage to nail the leg raise and kick without any arm support?

Netizens’ reactions. | Nate Pann
  • “The kids in the group all dance so hard that it leaves a good impression.”
  • “Wait so it was possible [for her] to kick her leg once after bending it without grabbing onto it? She’s so amazing fr.”
  • “Just how strong is her core that can she bend and kick so steadily like that without any hand holding on to it?”
  • “Gasp that’s even cooler.”

We were totally left in awe too so we have to agree! Looks like her years of ballet training truly paid off.
