Lee Dong Wook spends $10,000 on seats for fans to watch the Paralympics with him

Lee Dong Wook went on a date with 1,000 of his fans!

Actor Lee Dong Wook is a such a big fan of the Pyeongchang Paralympics, he invited fans from his fan club to watch an ice hockey match with him and spent an estimated $10,000 on tickets so that everybody could have a seat.

 

Known recently for his role in the hit drama Goblin, Lee Dong Wook is also an Honorary Ambassador for the 2018 Pyeongchang Paralympics as well as Gangwon Province, which is where Pyeongchang is located.

 

Lee Dong Wook purchased 1000 seats for his fans to watch the Czech vs Japan ice hockey match with him.

 

He sat right along with his fans to spend a close and personal night out with them!

His attendance at the ice hockey match followed a memorable train ride on the “KTX Hallyu Drama” train, in which he shared with 400 fans.

 

He also held a “GO PyeongChang 2018 with Lee Dong Wook” fan meeting, which was part of the “Snow Festival in March” festival that has brought multiple celebrities to Gangwon and also featured performances by B1A4, BTOB, and GIRLKIND.

 

Many domestic and foreign fans have come to Gangwon to both attend the 2018 PyeongChang Paralympics and meet Korean celebrities. We are glad Lee Dong Wook is making those fans’ dreams a reality!
