Netizens Suspect Lee Jooyeon's Recent Selfie Post With G-Dragon Was Taken In 2016

Former After School member Lee Jooyeon recently uploaded a selfie with BIGBANG‘s G-Dragon, which was deleted shortly after, but netizens suspect that the selfie was taken back in 2016.

In October 2017, Lee Jooyeon posted a similar selfie with G-Dragon and deleted it right after, sparking rumors that the two celebrities were dating.

Then in January 2018, Dispatch reported that Lee Jooyeon and G-Dragon, who were in a relationship, met at G-dragon’s villa in Jeju Island but both agencies denied rumors.

In fact, G-Dragon and Lee Jooyoen’s dating rumors began back in 2016 when G-Dragon shared a photo of himself zip lining in Hawaii. Three days after G-Dragon shared the photo, Lee Jooyeon uploaded a video that was taken at the same place. At the time, YG Entertainment explained that the trip was a group event.

Netizens discovered another suspicious photo in November of the same year when G-Dragon uploaded a photo of himself at a restaurant on his Weibo. The following day, Lee Jooyeon shared a photo of herself at a similar-looking restaurant on her Instagram.

Now, netizens are suspecting that the video Lee Jooyeon uploaded recently was taken during their trip to Hawaii. It appears that Lee Jooyeon was wearing a similar outfit and accessories in the recently-shared video and in the picture of her in Hawaii in 2016.

G-Dragon was also wearing similar glasses and T-shirt as the photo from the restaurant in 2016.

Meanwhile, Lee Jooyeon’s agency released a statement claiming that they could not confirm rumors as it was part of her private life and YG Entertainment also stated that they have no official statement to give.
