Legendary Korean MC Song Hae has just passed away at the age of 95.
According to multiple breaking news reports including ones from KBS, SPOTV, and Kookmin Ilbo, Song Hae has passed away at the age of 95. The cause of death has not yet been revealed.
Back in March 2022, Song Hae contracted COVID-19 and earlier in January 2022, he had previously stated he had other health issues. Due to his recent health concerns, he had stated he wanted to step down as the host and MC for Korea Sings, which he had been the host for since 1988.
Earlier this year, Song Hae set a new Guiness World Record for the Oldest TV Music Talent Show Host, hosting Korea Sings at the age of 95.
