MAMAMOO‘s Hwasa recently impressed with her weight loss.

She shared that she changed how she exercises. Most recently, she shared the exact steps she follows to create a healthy lifestyle.
Hwasa shared on SBS Radio’s “Cultwo Show” that she enjoys running as her latest form of exercise.
When she runs at home, she runs 3 km (1.86 miles). However, when she runs outdoors, she runs 7 to 8 km (4.3 to 4.9 miles).
In the morning, she swears by fasted cardio. She shared this gives her more energy and focus throughout the day. As a result, she also eats better.
