MAMAMOO’s Solar And Moonbyul Releases Remake Of Vibe’s “Promise U”
They added a different twist to the song.
MAMAMOO’s Solar and Moonbyul will be releasing a remake version of group Vibe’s song, “Promise U.” This track is a part of Vibe’s 20th debut anniversary project REVIBE.
Solar and Moonbyul changed up the original track to a more exotic style dancehall house genre that is a perfect fit for this hot summer. In the previously revealed teaser and lyric video, the two showed off their unique vocals, raising expectations from listeners.
The REVIBE project is a project that allows different artists to reinterpret some of Vibe’s best songs. Last month, Boyz II Men took part in the project and released their own rendition of Vibe’s “Love Me Once Again.”
Solar and Moonbyul’s version of “Promise U” will release on July 28 at 6 PM KST.
