MONSTA X‘s Minhyuk has shocked netizens with his physical transformation.

MONSTA X has always had a reputation as a masculine group, including muscular members. Yet, Minhyuk has historically been one of the smaller members.

Up until recently, this might have still been considered true for Minhyuk. Yet, he has undergone a major physical transformation that has even MONBEBEs shocked.

On April 4, Minhyuk officially enlisted in the military for his mandatory service. His members, including Shownu, who would discharge later that month, saw him off.

Since Minhyuk enlisted, we have not seen much of him lately, as is to be expected. Yet, he recently attended MONSTA X’s 7th official fan club MONBEBE fan-concert MX FRIENDS. Since he can’t currently perform, he attended as a MONBEBE himself but did interact with the members who were on stage and took a picture with them backstage.

MONBEBEs were stunned by Minhyuk’s appearance, though. It wasn’t that they were not expecting to see him. He just looked nearly unrecognizable!

It’s only been a few months since Minhyuk enlisted, and he has already bulked up so much! As a result, photos and videos of his appearance at the fan-con have gone viral on social media as netizens are stunned by his drastic physical transformation. He looks so big and muscular compared to before.
