Actress Moon Geun Young Becomes A Free Agent As She Leaves Her Agency
Actress Moon Geun Young has finally left her company, Namoo Actors, after a long 16 years. Having been with the company since its establishment, this has been a hard decision for her.
On 29 September 2020, it was announced in an exclusive that her contract with Namoo Actors had expired. Since then, she has not yet decided on a company, and will be a free agent for now. Namoo Actors gave a succinct statement to the media, confirming the end of her contract. Her profile has also been removed from their company portal.
Moon Geun Young faced huge popularity as the “nation’s little sister” since her child actress days, steadily building up a following. Her big break came in 2000 where she acted in Autumn in my Heart, a popular drama locally. She was known globally after 2010 hit, Cinderella’s Stepsister. Most recently, she starred in Catch The Ghost on tvN.
