Third Generation Idol Personally Shares News Of His Engagement
Former member of MR. MR. and MVP Ryu (now known as Gi Taek) has gotten engaged!
On October 20, Gi Taek shared an Instagram post with the caption, “A meaningful day.” The post contained three images: two of himself and a third of a diamond ring in a box.

A story shared by his non-celebrity girlfriend solved any confusion about the news, showing Gi Taek holding the ring box and herself wearing the ring on the appropriate finger.
Gi Taek first debuted as a member of MR.MR in 2012 and remained with the group until 2015. He then re-debuted as a member of MVP, promoting with them until his military enlistment in 2020.
Multiple members of MR.MR. actually reunited late last year for member Changjae‘s wedding, where they performed.
