Nana Joins Han So Hee And Son Ye Jin As Resident Of Exclusive Neighborhood

Idol-turned-actress Nana has become the proud owner of a luxury villa in the exclusive Achiul Village of Guri, a city located immediately to the east of Seoul.

According to reports from June 5, KST, based on Supreme Court registry records,  Nana recently purchased a luxury villa unit in Arcadia Signature, a posh complex located in Acheon-dong, Guri. The property was finalized in March 2025 for a price of ₩4.20 billion KRW (about $3.08 million USD) and was officially transferred to Nana’s name last month.

As per the registry filings, Nana may have taken out a loan covering around 64% of the purchasing price, or over ₩2.70 billion KRW (about $1.98 million USD).

Arcadia Signature is a high-end complex consisting of only eight residences, including two penthouses. Completed in 2023, the place is highly valued for its security and privacy, hence making it an attractive home location for A-listers. Nana has now become neighbors with top celebrities such as Han So Hee, Cho Ja Hyun, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin, Park Jin Young, and Oh Yeon Seo, among others.
