NCT’s Doyoung And GOT7’s BamBam Prove To Be The Chaotic Duo You Didn’t Know You Needed

And we’ve still got a whole season to go…

NCT‘s Doyoung and GOT7‘s BamBam have become an unlikely yet instantly lovable duo.

While the two idols are known to have many friends within the K-Pop industry (many, many friends in BamBam’s case), they are a combination that fans haven’t really gotten to see before.

Of course, Doyoung has long been good friends with BamBam’s fellow member, Jinyoung. Along with BLACKPINK‘s Jisoo, Doyoung and Jinyoung became close when they were hosts of SBS‘s Inkigayo.

And as (arguably) the social butterflies of K-Pop, GOT7 members have shared many fun interactions with SM Entertainment artists, including some unexpected ones with members of NCT—Jackson Wang and WinWin, for example, melted hearts with their cute dynamic.

Doyoung and BamBam’s dynamic was just as unexpected—but also more than fun to watch! Both idols now form part of the cast of season 2 of Master In The House, the first episode of which aired on January 1.

When BamBam was first introduced to the rest of the cast, guest star Kim Dong Hyun mistook BTOB‘s Sungjae for a fellow GOT7 member, leading to a golden reaction from a shocked Doyoung.

As the idols in the cast, they each had nothing but compliments for each other…

…though there was some (admittedly entertaining) awkwardness between them at the beginning.

They quickly became more comfortable, however. After all, they are both maknaes of the cast! Pretty soon, they were sharing adorably hilarious moments…

…as well as plenty of chaotic ones.

With a whole season to go, it will be exciting to see how their friendship continues to develop!
