NCT DREAM is releasing their sixth mini-album, Beat It Up.
The album Beat It Up will be available on all major global music platforms starting at 6pm KST on November 17th, with the music video for the title track “Beat It Up” simultaneously released on YouTube’s SMTOWN channel.
Centered around the theme of “the speed of time,” this album includes six tracks, including the title track “Beat It Up.” It conveys a confident message that NCT DREAM, still growing, has much more to show on their journey and will continue steadfastly at their own pace and in their own way.
The title track “Beat It Up” is a hip-hop song featuring bold kicks and heavy bass. Its energetic beat, repetitive signature vocal sounds, and witty section changes create an addictive rhythm. The lyrics express NCT DREAM’s confidence in breaking the limits set by the world on a different timeline and moving forward with courage.
Particularly, NCT DREAM described the title track “Beat It Up” as “a song that feels as refreshing as a soda,” adding, “The performance shines even brighter, so we hope everyone will watch the stage as well. We believe many will love this song,” raising anticipation.
Furthermore, NCT DREAM shared their comeback thoughts, “We hope our confident image and energy empower our fans. With “Beat It Up,” 7llin’ have become even stronger, so let’s run powerfully with NCT DREAM from this comeback through the end of the year.”
Starting at 5pm KST today, a countdown live event celebrating the release of the sixth mini-album will be streamed on YouTube’s NCT DREAM channel and TikTok’s NCT channel, featuring album introductions and activity plans directly from NCT DREAM.
NCT DREAM’s sixth mini-album Beat It Up will also be released in physical format on November 17th.
