On February 24, SM’s new girl group, Hearts2Hearts, officially debuted. This is the company’s first girl group debut in four and a half years since aespa.
The eight members held a media debut showcase with fans at the YES24 Live Hall in Seoul.
The debut album, The Chase, consists of two tracks, including “The Chase” and the b-side “Butterflies,” which they revealed for the first time at the show.
They also officially revealed the group’s fandom name.

MC: I believe it will be meaningful for the members as well. What could the official fandom name for Hearts2Hearts be? What could it be, JUUN?
Juun: The name we will call our fans is…S2U!
MC: What does it mean?
Juun: S2 is in the shape of a heart, and our team name has ’S2’, in the middle too. You add the ‘U’ to make our fans always the center, and that we will always by each other’s sides.
Korean netizens had a positive response to the name.
