Netizens defended LE SSERAFIM‘s Chaewon (also known as Kim Chaewon) and criticized the group’s label for not stepping up to address plagiarism allegations.
Recently, LE SSERAFIM has been hit with allegations that it had plagiarized the style and sound of Spanish singer Rosalía. Rosalía is famous for her unique singing style and catchy tunes. Netizens pointed out similarities between the singing style of “UNFORGIVEN” and “Linda.”

Netizens reacted to Chaewon’s answer by defending the artist. As it is rare for K-Pop groups to have a final say on which song to sing, many netizens stated that the plagiarism allegations should be handled by the group’s label, Source Music.
