On May 30, the 52nd Civil Affairs Department of the Seoul Central District Court revealed that NJZ cannot be active without consulting their agency, ADOR.

The debtor, NJZ, must not engage in entertainment activities independently or through a third party without ADOR’s prior approval or consent until the first trial verdict on the contract’s validity is announced.

The court also announced a mandatory clause stating that if all group members violate the decision, they must pay ADOR ₩1.00 billion KRW (about $729,000 USD) in damages per violation. They added that NJZ will have to bear the legal costs of the application.

Separate from the injunction decision, ADOR’s lawsuit to confirm the contract’s validity is also in progress, and the second oral argument is scheduled to be held on June 5.

Netizens were shocked at how much they would have to pay if they violated the court’s decision.
