Popular Girl Group Tears Up The Stage With Live Vocals At A No-Lip-Syncing Show

We love talented queens!

Recently, NMIXX performed at the largest Latin festival, Viña del Mar, in Chile, becoming the first idol group to authentically showcase the taste of K-pop.

In particular, the festival prohibits lip-syncing, and if the crowd doesn’t like the live performance, they immediately boo the singer and stop the performance.

But NMIXX tore up the stage with their live vocals, despite being past 3 AM local time.

The crowd went absolutely wild when they performed the Spanish version of “Soñar (Breaker).”

They also became the first K-Pop group to win both La Gaviota awards!

K-Netizens were proud of the girls and felt they received the recognition they deserved.

  • “Groups that are talented need to rise up more.”
  • “I watched the full video, and they aren’t using hand mics, and I thought it was interesting that I couldn’t hear any of their breathing. But looking closely, I saw that when it wasn’t their part, they would close their mouths while dancing.”
  • “It’s crazy that they stop the performance if they can’t do live singing well. I wish K-Pop would do this too.”
  • “They are so freaking good.”
  • “Their live skills are crazy.”
  • “They are so good… it’s hard to be a group where everyone is talented.”
