Park Bo Gum Shows Love For BTS In New K-Drama, “Record Of Youth”
Actor Park Bo Gum is bringing his real-life love for BTS to the fictional world of K-Dramas.
This A-list star is BTS’s friend, fan, and former co-worker. In 2018, Park Bo Gum teamed up with BTS for a Coca Cola campaign, becoming an honorary member of the group.
He has also attended BTS’s concerts and is close friends with V. Last year, Park Bo Gum credited V with giving him the courage to release his single, “Bloomin”.
On September 7, Park Bo Gum’s new K-Drama Record of Youth premiered on tvN. He plays Sa Hye Jun, a model in the cutthroat fashion world who dreams of becoming an actor.
It turns out that Park Bo Gum and his character’s similarities go beyond their career choices. In Episode 1, Sa Hye Jun was revealed to be an ARMY.
“I like the stories of BTS songs,” Sa Hye Jun says in this scene. “When I listen to their songs, it makes me want to live a good life.” These are words that many fans can relate to.
