Producer Of EXO’s “Love Shot” And “Ko Ko Bop” Releases Uplifting Song To Help People Withstand COVID-19
Popular singers from six Asian countries have released a song to uplift spirits amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The song is entitled “ME ME WE”, and it delivers the message that “we are one”. Aside from the beautiful combination of voices, the song has a bright and refreshing melody that perfectly complements its hopeful lyrics.
“ME ME WE” aims to give strength to people all over the world who are suffering from the effects of COVID-19.
It features South Korea’s Ailee, VIXX‘s Ravi, and boy group NewKidd, as well as Indonesia’s Rahmania Astrini, Vietnam’s Chillies, Thailand’s PAAM, the Philippines’ Quest, and Malaysia’s Aizat Amdan.
American producer MZMC took charge of producing the song. His reputation in the K-Pop world stems from having produced hit songs for top groups EXO, Red Velvet, SHINee, and NCT, including EXO’s “Ko Ko Bop”, “Tempo”, and “Love Shot”.
Organized by Warner Music and sponsored by the Gangnam-gu District Office, “ME ME WE” was simultaneously released in six Asian countries on July 31. Proceeds generated by the song will be donated to the Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation.
