Singer and actor Rain revealed what he hopes for his daughters with Kim Tae Hee.
On the 11th, Rain appeared on SBS’s entertainment program Uh, But Like, Seriously!, where he shared stories and his true feelings related to his daughters, drawing attention.
That day, Rain said, “Family always comes first for me. Of course, I attend my children’s sports day,” attracting interest. He remarked, “At my eldest daughter’s school, there was also the daughter of singers Baek Ji Young and Jung Suk Won. Both Jung Suk Won and I are almost like special forces personnel, aren’t we?”
He continued, “Before the tug-of-war, Jung Suk Won and I made up our minds, saying ‘Let’s make sure our kids win no matter what today.’ The opposing dads didn’t look that big, but once the tug-of-war started, their coordination was at a Physical 100 level,” he recalled.
Rain added, “On the other hand, our coordination wasn’t good. But wanting to win, we wrapped the rope around our hands and pulled with our whole bodies. We won that way and even celebrated with Jung Suk Won, but the daughters were just eating snacks,” causing laughter.
Meanwhile, when asked, “Do your kids know that their dad is Rain?” he replied, “I take my kids to my concerts. While my body is healthy and I can walk, I want to show them what their dad looks like on stage. They really like it,” he said.
Hearing this, Lee Sang Min asked, “What will you do when your daughter brings a boyfriend home?” Rain answered, “I’m firm about that. No dating in middle and high school. They have to bring someone home when they’re adults.” He also joked, “I didn’t date in middle or high school either,” adding a “white lie” to the amusement.
