He waited until the truth was revealed.

On January 7, rapper D.Ark posted on Instagram, revealing that all investigations regarding marijuana allegations have been completed.

He stated, “I’ve been suffering from false accusations, but I’ve confidently completed all investigations and all the tests have come back negative, so I’m focusing on my music.”

Last year, allegations were made that D.Ark was under police investigation for violating the Narcotics Control Act.

In his most recent update, he expressed his frustration.

I was unfairly investigated and subjected to search and seizure and phone forensics on a simple suspicion of smoking, but I believe the results have proven my innocence.

He also emphasized that the distribution-related information was a false report and not included in the investigation.

“From the start, the drug distribution was a false report, but rather than making excuses right away, I waited for the truth to be revealed.

Honestly, I’ve experienced numerous malicious reports since I was 15, so I’m accustomed to these types of false reports.”

Moving forward, he pledged to live well, avoiding such suspicions, and communicate with the world through music.

Meanwhile, back in 2025, he was arrested on suspicion of distributing and using marijuana, just a few days after releasing a new album.
