According to SM Entertainment‘s official press release, Wendy will be making her solo debut on April 5 with her first mini album Like Water. Like Water will contain five songs that relay Wendy’s sincere messages and are filled with her warm emotions.
Wendy is considered the main vocalist within Red Velvet and has showcased her vocals in not only the group’s songs, but also in various soundtracks and project songs. She is well known for her outstanding singing ability, clear-yet-warm voice, and delicate expression of the lyrics.
Pre-orders for Wendy’s debut album will begin today at both online and offline music stores.
