Go Youn Jung’s character Oh Yi Young was recently in a love triangle with Gu Do Won and a worker at the hospital. The love triangle became a hot topic on X when a netizen commented that “no Korean girl would want to be in such a love triangle FR,” taking a hit at the alleged poor visuals the men possessed.

The post hit over 12 million views on X, surprisingly with many agreeing.

It’s not that I hate ugly actors, but I f*cking can’t stand to see ugly actors stick to pretty actresses and act out a romance.

Many found their faces “realistic.”

Even real doctors who reviewed the series said that their faces look like they’d be found in a hospital IRL LOL. F*ck.

Some went as far as to say that they avoided watching the show because of the male actors’ visuals.

I love Go Youn Jung, but I can’t watch it because the ML’s face is too ugly.
