Actor Won Bin‘s biological niece has been revealed to be rookie actress Han Ga Eul.
Han Ga Eul made her entertainment industry debut in 2022, appearing in singer Nam Young Joo’s music video for the single “Again, Dream.” At the time, her agency Story J Company announced her exclusive contract, describing her as “an actress with limitless potential.”
Recently, she took on her first acting challenge in the MBC Friday–Saturday drama To the Moon (premiered in September), where she played the role of Jang Ye Jin, an intern on the marketing team of Maron Confectionery.
After quietly building her career, it was only recently discovered in October 2025 that she is the niece of top star Won Bin, surprising many fans.
On October 21, Story J Company confirmed it to Star News.
“Han Gaeul is the daughter of Won Bin’s older sister. They are indeed close relatives — a third-degree family relation. Her real name is Hwang Gaeul.”
