Rookie Group XEED Fans Concerned As RONI Departs Shortly After Debut
XEED has announced the departure of one of its four members.
XEED recently debuted on December 1, 2022, under Nature Space Entertainment, with the mini album Dream Land. The group went viral due to the members all being adults who had finished their mandatory military enlistment.
The group’s leader and vocalist DOHA is 30 years old, vocalist RONI is 28 years old, main rapper and visual BAO is 26 years old, and maknae Jaemin is also 26 years old.
Despite debuting just last month, XEED has gone from four to three members as RONI has now departed. On January 17, 2023, Nature Space Entertainment announced his departure, effective as of January 16, 2023. The company reported that his exclusive contract was ended “due to personal reasons.”

RONI, who has been working together as a member of XEED, will leave the group on January 16th and cancel his exclusive contract with our company due to personal reasons.

Regarding the live performance that we are currently announcing, we plan to continue our activities with the three of us. All three members will do their best to grow even more, so please continue to support us.

Yet, it’s got even more concerning as the official XEED Instagram account has been removing all photos posted by RONI, as well as his solo shots. With the exception of some group shots including him left, the social media activity has GREENYs feeling as if the company is treating his departure as if he was never a member of the group.

GREENYs found this very upsetting, knowing he trained hard and practiced with them all, only to be removed like this.
