Though arguably Kim’s current peak of popularity has been brought on by her last K-Drama, Lovely Runner, the audience at this fan meeting was treated to unexpected nostalgia. During a special segment of the event, both the audience and Kim Hye Yoon were left speechless when idol-turned-actor Rowoon appeared behind her on the big screen with a surprise message.

Rowoon, who was Kim’s former co-star in the popular 2019 romance drama Extraordinary You, addressed Kim and himself by their character names, Dan Oh and Haru.
