On December 1, Egg is Coming‘s YouTube account posted a video commemorating the 10th anniversary of the tvN K-drama Reply 1988.
In the video, they give Hyeri a disposable film camera while on the trip, asking her to take photos. The footage then revealed various pictures from the trip captured by Hyeri.
The actor’s costumes and makeup were reminiscent of the drama’s setting, proving their unwavering friendship even after 10 years.
In particular, many noticed a scene revealing Ryu Jun Yeol sitting with other cast members. This has become a hot topic online as the photo was taken with the camera Hyeri received from the show.
Previously, Ryu Jun Yeol’s agency revealed, “While scheduling constraints prevented him from participating for the whole trip, we adjusted his schedules so he was able to attend filming for some of it, as it was a commemorative event for the 10th anniversary.”
The special program is set to air its first episode on December 19 at 8:40 PM.
Meanwhile, Ryu Jun Yeol and Hyeri first met on the set of the drama and later went public with their relationship in August 2017, but broke up in November 2023.
