Seoul Citizens Left Horrified As Woman Seen Hanging Dangerously From 19th Floor Of Gangnam High Rise
In a horrifying incident that was caught on video, a woman was seen attempting to jump from a high-rise building in Gangnam, Seoul.
On May 3, KST, videos emerged online showing a woman hanging from a 19-story officetel building in Gangnam. Onlookers were left horrified as the woman walked around on the narrow ledge.

She was then seen hanging from the roof, and as one individual came to her rescue, she let go, almost falling. Fortunately, more help was on the way immediately and she was saved.

According to police and fire authorities, on May 3, citizens reported that a woman was standing on the roof railing of a high-rise in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam, at around 1:35 pm KST on May 2. Though she didn’t show any immediate signs of distress, she was seen hanging around on the rooftop for quite a long time.
Meanwhile, the fire department dispatched 57 personnel and 19 equipment to the site to rescue her. They also installed an air mattress, anticipating a fall.
Police and firefighters spent an hour and forty minutes persuading her to come down before police commandos rescued her, as seen in the videos, at around 3:18 pm.
Police are reportedly still investigating the circumstances of this incident.
