Netizens claim Mingyu followed a strict, short-term regimen, eating seonsik, a powdered meal replacement often used in Korea, for 12 consecutive days, while also doing 30 minutes of cardio daily.

For 12 days, I did a detox while eating only seonsik. This cleansed my body. They told me not to exercise, but I did light cardio for 30 minutes daily. The weight just fell off.
