FNC Entertainment Announces SF9 Will Continue As 8 Members Without Rowoon
According to FNC Entertainment’s statement, Rowoon has already renewed his contract with the label, but he will no longer be part of the group.
All members had already renewed their contracts with FNC Entertainment. Going forward, though, SF9 will continue as an eight-member group, excluding Rowoon.
Rowoon will focus on his acting and other personal activities.

Netizens reacted to the news with mixed reactions. Although there were many who were disappointed, many others stated that they understood the actor’s decision and weren’t surprised by the news. Some netizens also criticized FNC for trying to explain the idol’s exit eloquently.
