Here Are SM Entertainment’s Artist Plans For The First Quarter Of 2024
After a jam-packed 2023, SM Entertainment is gearing up for another successful year. They’ve released the plans for their artists in the first quarter of 2024. Read on to find out what is to come.
1. A 2023 recap
To recap the last quarter of 2023, some new releases will include Girls’ Generation Taeyeon’s November mini-album and Super Junior Ryeowook’s single in the same month. NCT 127 will release a single in December, while TVXQ! will launch a full-length album.
NCT 127, SHINee’s Taemin, and TVXQ! will all have Korean concerts in November and December.
2. Albums in 2024
While the dates are not concrete, SM Entertainment has plans for an English full-length album for aespa. They did well with “Better Things” in 2023, preempting success for a full-length album. EXO’s Suho will have a mini album, as will Red Velvet’s Wendy and NCT’s Taeyong. We will get to see soloist Ten again. The WayV member will have a mini album. NCT Dream and NCT’s new team will both have releases.
HYO, aespa, and RIIZE will get Korean singles, while RIIZE and NCT’s new team will release Japanese singles.
3. Concerts in 2024
SHINee will tour Asia, while Key will have a solo concert in the first quarter of 2023. Super Junior’s Yesung will have solo concert dates in the Philippines and Macau. NCT 127 and TVXQ! will tour Asia, while SMTOWN will head to Japan. Taemin will also take his solo tour to Japan.
