SM Entertainment recently came out with a statement regarding NCT‘s new album, The 2nd Album RESONANCE Pt.2 and the release delay. This is what they had to say.
Hello, this is SM Entertainment. We want to thank all the fans who showed so much interest in NCT’s second album, ‘The 2nd Album RESONANCE Pt. 2’. We also want to take this time to apologize on behalf of the physical album delay. The album was scheduled to be released today (November 23rd) but we found an error in the printing process, delaying the release schedule.

We want to apologize to all the fans who have been waiting for NCT’s new album. If you have already received the album, we will exchange it with the new product. We will announce the detailed refund procedures and the new album release date.
