SM Entertainment Addresses Allegations Of RIIZE’s Manager Leaking Information To Sasaengs

It was previously reported that RIIZE‘s manager was accused of leaking information to sasaeng fans due to personal connections. Amongst the allegations were ones that called the manager out for leaking concept photos of the boys’ comeback before their release.

These are the concept photos that Moon Seo Hae manager leaked to Wonbin’s sasaseng, Duna. Moon Seo Hae also previously leaked schedules to Eunseok’s sasaeng because they were schoolmates.

On May 6, 2025, SM Entertainment‘s division overseeing RIIZE, WIZARD Production, addressed the matter through an official statement. They denied that the leak occured through internal staff and promised that they would take legal action against those involved in the leak.

“Hello, this is WIZARD Production.
We would like to inform you regarding the data leak related to RIIZE’s first full album promotion. From the moment the data leak was first discovered, we have recognized the situation and are conducting a comprehensive investigation into the movement path of the leaked data and all individuals who may have had access to it.

It has been clearly confirmed that the leak did not occur through internal personnel. Accordingly, we are thoroughly checking all related companies and the delivery process. We will hold legally accountable any individuals identified as having been involved in the leak.”

The company also promised to take strict actions to protect the artists’ privacy. They also cleared up allegations, claiming that the accused staff member, manager Moon Seo Hae, did not even have access to the leaked data.

“In addition, we will strictly manage and protect the artists from privacy invasions related to undisclosed schedules, dorms, and incidents occurring near the agency that fans may be concerned about. We would also like to address the management staff member being mentioned in relation to the leak.

This staff member does not have any access rights to the promotional data and has never shared artist schedules or made separate contact with external individuals based on personal relationships. We would like to clarify that this staff member is not involved in the current situation. We kindly ask that you refrain from speculative actions such as disclosing personally identifiable information like names or photos.

We sincerely thank you for your continued interest and love for RIIZE, and we deeply apologize for the concern this incident has caused. We promise to do our utmost to implement countermeasures to prevent any recurrence in the future. Thank you.”
