SM Entertainment Star’s Shocking Bruises Trigger Concern
Rookie girl group Hearts2Hearts has sparked concern over their demanding schedules after the members were spotted with noticeable ailments this week.
When Hearts2Hearts appeared at a pop-up event for TELECA on Thursday, eagle-eyed fans quickly spotted large, yellowing bruises on both of Ian’s knees.
On top of this, another visible injury could be seen on Ian’s left hand.
In a recent interaction with a fan, Ian cryptically avoided disclosing where the bruise came from, instead saying that it was a secret. As a result, many are speculating that the injuries came from an unknown schedule or practice rather than a simple accident.

Korean netizens were quick to question what could have caused such marks, especially given the symmetry and severity of the bruising.

I’m honestly so dumbfounded, I don’t know what to do… If she really fell and hurt herself, then why are the wounds on both knees symmetrical and the severity about the same?
If she got injured during practice, didn’t the Center 2 staff even make sure she had knee pads? It’s not like she rolled around on the floor in her sleep because of sleepwalking or something…

Adding to the worry, at the group’s Smile Music Festival 2025 performance on Saturday, fellow member Juun appeared wearing an eyepatch. While these patches are often worn to hide an infection, some are worried that Juun’s eye may have been injured as well.

Hearts2Hearts made their comeback with “Focus” last month, and SM Entertainment’s first-quarter lineup plans recently revealed that the group will release a new single at the beginning of 2026. This will mark their fifth release within the span of one year since debut, on top of numerous events, award shows, and brand endorsements.
