Olympian gymnast, Son Yeon Jae, has finally gotten married. She announced her relationship and impending marriage in April 2022, when she revealed that she was going to be an October bride. It seems like the plans got pushed up, for she wed on August 22, 2022. She had released pictures of her wedding photoshoot prior.
She stunned in a simple white dress with an outdoors theme.
She has only released solo shots so far, keeping her non-celebrity husband out of the limelight.
Son Yeon Jae was beloved by the nation for her athletic prowess and adorable looks. She once held the nickname, “the nation’s fairy” and was one of the highest paid athletes in the country.
The public was heartened to see her marry, as she practically grew up in front of everyone’s eyes. Having started her career in her early teens, she’s now 29 years old in Korea.
Son Yeon Jae’s preference to remain private showed at her wedding. All photos involving the groom was cropped appropriately and attending guests also showed them courtesy by blurring out the groom’s face in social media posts. Son Yeon Jae herself shared these happy photos from the ceremony.
She looked radiant in an off the shoulder, toga bust and a bell-shaped skirt.
