Starbucks Korea Launches Collaboration With BLACKPINK But Netizens Are Not Impressed With The Price And Designs

Starbucks Korea will soon launch their collaborative collection with girl group BLACKPINK. With many different designs for cold cups and tumblers, fans will be spoilt for choice.

Lisa’s pick is a studded cold cup made of metallic pink. Made of stainless steel, the brand boasts that its ability to maintain the cold temperature of the drink is top class. The rhinestone material makes it a little bit pricier at ₩95,000 KRW (about $75.00 USD).

Other items include a water bottle featuring the girls’ song titles, a gradation flip tumbler, and an all-black studded cold cup.

Jisoo’s choice is a pink studded cold cup going for ₩32,000 KRW (about $25.30 USD). Rosé’s pick is an all-pink tumbler. The 458ml tumbler goes for ₩25,000 KRW (about $19.70 USD).

Jennie favours a ceramic mug with a pink handle. The simple but elegant item costs ₩27,000 KRW (about $21.30 USD). Fans can also buy a BLACKPINK tote bag, passport holder, and a keychain.

On the other hand, netizens are not impressed with some of the prices and designs. Many are unwilling to pay ₩95,000 KRW (about $75.00 USD) for the cold cup.
