The company cited the reason as that the fansite had taken photos of the members inside the airport.

Hello. This is the person-in-charge of STAYC’s fanclub. Recently, we confirme that you uploaded photos of our artist within the airport on your social media. We have attached the relevant files and if you have anything to bring up about this, please reply our email before December 19, 11.59pm. If you don’t have anything to retort, or after we review your reply, we will decide about placing you on the blacklist.

Thank you.

The fan was angered, claiming that the company shouldn’t treat fans that way. As the airport is considered a public space, where even journalists go to to take photos, the fansite wondered what they had done wrong.

Live and eat well, HIGHUP. Hope you succeed after chasing away fans.

Many are criticizing the company for not acting smartly to help STAYC gain fans. After all, fansites are often a gateway to becoming a fan.

No, but did they hit the singers? Did they curse at the staff? I don’t know what’s a justifiable reason for being blacklisted.

Fans enter the fandom through fansite photos. How can they send such an email?

Are they crazy? Why are companies these days unable to know where they stand? It’s not even enough for them to thank fans who go to offline schedules.

Some of the photos taken by the fansite include the following of Seeun at the airport.

What do you think?
