Stray Kids’ Felix Distressed By Allegations Of Mistreating Staff
Stray Kids‘ Felix is taking legal action against a user who repeatedly posted defamatory falsehoods about him on social media. He is pursuing discovery proceedings against X (formerly Twitter) in the United States.
According to court filings, Lee stated that an anonymous X user uploaded false and insulting posts targeting him on March 8, March 15, and May 24 of this year. The posts claimed that he “treats staff like servants” and “acts like a prince.” Lee asserted that these accusations caused him mental anguish, physical stress, and damaged his reputation as a singer. He had previously filed a civil defamation lawsuit at Seoul Eastern District Court, but the case was stalled because the defendant’s real name and address could not be identified or served.
On September 5, 2025, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted Lee permission to obtain “personally identifiable information (PII)” from X to use in a civil lawsuit in Korea. and allowed Lee to serve X with a subpoena substantially identical to the draft he had submitted.
Following the news of the small win, netizens expressed their disbelief at the allegations. No one believed that Felix would do such a thing.
