Super Junior Were Completely Clueless That They Had Won At The AAAs
Super Junior won two awards at the 2019 Asia Artist Awards, but getting them to realize they had won was a hilariously different matter!
On November 26, Super Junior attended the 2019 AAAs where they took home the “Top of K-Pop Record” award as well as the “Dongnam Media & FPT Polytechnic Popularity” award.
And while it’s no surprise to all of us that Super Junior snagged the popularity award, it certainly surprised them! In fact, when they were announced as the winners, they remained firmly seated and more than a little clueless to their win!
When they finally realized that, yes, they had won a full 10-seconds after their name had been called, they made their way onto the stage while cracking up at themselves.
And Super Junior weren’t the only ones getting a good laugh from this moment. ELF have been completely loving it too!
First they went straight to the stage when their name was called during the red carpet event. Then they all just stoned in their chairs when their name was called for the popularity award. Peak. Suju. Behaviour. 🤡 #AAAVietnam2019 pic.twitter.com/aaPovWLkQy

They were like: "Wait?! What?! Is it our cue to go up the stage?!" Clueless, surprised SuJu is adorable. 😍🤭 Congrats to these shining, shimmering, splendid men. #SUPERJUNIOR https://t.co/Vf8RnlIujD
