Suzy Shocks With Worryingly Bad Sleep Pattern

She’s gotten used to it.

Singer and actress Suzy recently revealed details about her unusual sleep habits.

On September 27’s episode of Pinggyego, she joined Yoo Jae Suk and Kim Woo Bin to talk about her daily habbits. While Kim Woo Bin admitted that he doesn’t wake up early, he also confessed that Suzy doesn’t sleep well.

 “I don’t wake up early. On my days off, I go to bed around 1 am. and wake up around 10:30 am. If I sleep any less, I can’t function properly. But Suzy really doesn’t sleep much.”

Suzy shocked everyone when she revealed that she only sleeps for 4 hours each night. Sleeping too long makes her more tired.

“I’m not someone who sleeps for long. I sleep about 4 hours. Today, I went to bed around 2–3 a.m. and woke up at 5 a.m. I like taking naps, but because of work, I can’t. And when I do nap, it’s under an hour. If I sleep too long, I actually get more tired.”

When Yoo Jae Suk expressed his concern, Suzy responded that she couldn’t seem to fall asleep. Thankfully, her sleep pattern did not affect her daily life and she’s gotten used to it.
