Months into married life, how’s Jiyeon doing now? In a special appearance on Kian84‘s YouTube channel, Hwang Jae Gyun hinted at what kind of a wife the idol has been so far!
Hwang said, “What people don’t know is that Jiyeon has a lot of aegyo and is actually really cute.” According to Hwang, Jiyeon has become her father-in-law’s favorite with her adorable personality.
I love married life. When I used to live alone, I’d go home after a game and feel like there was a void. But now, when I go home, Jiyeon welcomes me with her aegyo. What people don’t know is that Jiyeon has a lot of aegyo and is actually really cute. She’s only like that in front of her family. So my father adores her.

Hwang also hinted that Jiyeon is great at making him feel better, especially when he’s upset over a baseball match.
When I go home [upset about a lost game], Jiyeon tries her best to make me feel better. She is super considerate like that. I appreciate how she takes care of me, too, because I know that she debuted when she was in high school. She used to be someone looked after, not looking after someone. Knowing that she’s prioritizing me, I feel so grateful for her.

Since getting married, the two have picked up a new sport to share as hobbies, too!
We didn’t have hobbies to share at first. But Jiyeon wanted to share something in common with me. So she started golfing. Now, we have a lot of fun on the field. I love having her with me when I go golfing. We walk around the field holding hands and stuff.
