TikTok Trend For BLACKPINK Jennie And Zico’s Song “SPOT!” Receives Mixed Reactions — Is It Really Mocking The Idols?
A viral trend of BLACKPINK‘s Jennie and Zico for “SPOT!” has received mixed reactions after some netizens accused it of “mocking” the BLACKPINK idol.
Recently, Jennie collaborated with Zico on the track “SPOT!”
Before the song was released, Zico shared a sneak peek of the song on his Instagram account which saw Jennie singing along to some of her parts in the track.
Yet, in the past few days, the videos have started to go viral and have started to gain mixed reactions from fans. While some fans loved how “accurate” it is and how funny it was…
Others thought it was offensive and was seemingly making fun of the two stars, specifically Jennie.
Another account also gained attention for their parody of the video.
Similarly to the other clip, some fans found it hilarious and loved how they had nailed Jennie’s mouth movements.
Some thought it wasn’t needed and seemed like the user was “making fun” of Jennie.
The users definitely didn’t seem to be doing anything malicious towards Jennie and Zico, but it isn’t surprising that some fans didn’t find it as funny as others.
