In a recent video uploaded on July 29, 2025, to her YouTube channel, the singer got candid about her approach to body management, revealing a surprisingly intense routine beneath her glamorous image. chowing down on meat and stew, she shared that contrary to popular belief, she was not born skinny.

“This isn’t the kind of job where you can eat whatever you want whenever you want. I have a strong appetite, and when I find food that fits my taste, I tend to go all in. But when it’s time to manage, I really commit to it.”
Despite often being asked how she maintains her slim figure while seemingly enjoying food, Kang explained that the sercret was work out intensely four times a week, and to avoid eating white rice.

She also usually sticks to one meal a day for four to five days out of the week. She also confessed that she first lost weight dramatically through cutting, before raising her basal metabolic rate through exercise.
