BLACKPINK’s Total Number Of Songs In 10 Years Spark Ridicule Ahead Of Upcoming Album
Ahead of BLACKPINK‘s upcoming album release, the group’s total number of songs released in 10 years has sparked ridicule.
Back in 2023, the total number of songs from the group shocked fans, with 41 songs released until that year (including solo and collaborations) and only 29, if it was just the songs on their albums or full group digital songs.
If you count only the releases from BLACKPINK as a group and collaborations, as of January 2026, there are only 33 tracks officially released through albums and digital singles. The reason this has been brought up is after the release of more details of the upcoming mini-album DEADLINE.
On January 22 (local time), it was revealed that the new EP would have five songs, including “JUMP,” which was released last year.

In comments under the post and on social media, netizens couldn’t believe that, in 10 years, including the upcoming tracks, BLACKPINK still has fewer than 40 songs released. Many placed blame on YG Entertainment as they shared that since the members left the company and released solo albums, their total already surpasses that released as a group.
