TWICE Reveals How They Resolve Fights Among Their Members
The TWICE members rarely have fights, but when they do, they can resolve them in under a minute.
They appeared on SBS Power FM‘s “Choi Hwajung’s Power Time” segment to promote their comeback single “What is Love”.
When the host asked what they do if the members fight, in chorus they replied, “We talk a lot.”
“We have known each other so long now that we know each other’s inclinations so we don’t fight for long.” — Jihyo
Nayeon added that the fights are resolved quickly – in less than a minute.
“There are no cranky members.” — Nayeon
Sana said the secret to their closeness was how much they talked.
“All the members talk a lot.” — Sana
It’s true the girls seem very kind off-camera, and netizens have taken to complimenting their friendship.
- “The group doesn’t seem to have an aggressive member… other girl groups always have that one aggressive, psycho member but none of the kids here seem like that…”
- “Think about it ㅋㅋㅋ There are 9 members, how could you expect them to never get into fights? Idol groups are all the same ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Keeping fights to a minimum helps them last long while fighting often eventually leads to a disbandment ㅋㅋㅋ
- “Probably because they’re also JYP‘s #1 when it comes to having good character…”
- “It’s true the kids are all generally nice and not mean but there are a few aggressive members ㅋㅋㅋ Jungyeon, Nayeon, and Jiyeon are quite aggressive, and even Dahyun admitted that she used to be crabby as a high school senior but she’s softened up a lot now … They all have great personalities so I can see why they’d resolve fights quickly… They just seem kind to each other off camera.”
It’s no wonder how the group was able to succeed so well – it’s all in the teamwork!
