TXT’s Hueningkai Dishes On His Shower Race With Beomgyu, And How He Was Hilariously Defeated
TXT’s Beomgyu and Hueningkai always prove they are a chaotic and fun duo! No matter what they do, the two figure out a way to make even the most average things fun. The two recently proved their talent for making things fun by creating a shower competition!
Before Beomgyu and Hueningkai spilled the tea on what exactly went down in their shower race, Soobin was the one who revealed their fun little competition. In his Q&A on Weverse, Soobin shared that the two created a bet between them to see which member was faster.
After he revealed Beomgyu and Hueningkai’s bet, Soobin stated that Hueningkai had lost and Beomgyu rose victorious.
Since then, Beomgyu and Hueningkai had not said much about their race and how it all went down until recently. In their recent live broadcast, Beomgyu explained again how it all started. According to Beomgyu, the two struck up a conversation about who could shower faster and, to confirm who is the fastest, the two decided to try it out.
It just started with us talking about who showers faster and then we were like ‘Do you want to test it out?’
Hueningkai then jumped in and explained what made him lose. Hueningkai expressed that he had made a mistake while shampooing, but still thought he was winning the race.
I lost the shower battle because I messed up while shampooing my hair. Taehyun was like ‘Kai, when are you coming out?’ and I thought ‘Ha. I’m winning.’
Unfortunately for Hueningkai, Beomgyu had exited the shower and was already blow-drying his hair. As the winner, Beomgyu teased Hueningkai and asked what was keeping him so long in the shower.
When I went out, Beomgyu hyung was like “what took you so long?” While drying his hair with a towel.
