TXT Prove Their Power Ranking 3rd On Oricon’s Mid-Year New Artist Chart For Sales

They were the only Korean artist in the top 3 on the chart!

Since making their debut, TXT have consistently made their mark in music and recently, they’ve showcased their power once again by taking the no. 3 spot on Oricon‘s mid-year new artist chart.

According to the ranking statistics for the first half of 2020 on Oricon, Japan’s largest album sale statistics site, TXT snagged no. 3 on their rooking ranking under the Artist Sales category.

This particular chart ranks the total sales from singles, albums, streaming, DVDs, and more within the statistical counting period. And from the moment TXT made their Japanese debut with their MAGIC HOUR album on January 15, they had already cemented their presence on Oricon’s charts.

TXT, however, didn’t just rank high on the chart they were also the only Korean artists within the top 3 of the new artist ranking! Japanese rookie groups SixTONES vs Snow Man and JO1 took no. 1 and no. 2 on the chart respectively.
