Another Filipina contestant, Gehlee Dangca, won second place. She took home 518,852.4 points in fan votes, coming in second place in terms of voting. She won second overall at 758.755.5 points.
In third place was Korean Lim Seowon. She scored only 78,783.2 points in fan votes, ranking 8th in terms of voting. She won additional points from the mentors for performing the best in her unit’s performance, allowing her to come in 3rd place overall with 328,783.2 votes.
The show is facing low ratings in South Korea averaging only 0.7% in viewership. This means that a bulk of the votes come from the international audience, allowing the international contestants to gain some leverage. It looks like Korean entertainment shows cannot ignore the growing power of the global audience! Congratulations to Elisia on becoming #1!
