EXO Member Exposed For Unpaid Balance For Solo Music Video Production
On March 19, the video production company 815 VIDEO stated that an outstanding payment was due for EXO Xiumin’s music video production.
The company released an official statement.
“Hello, this is 815 VIDEO. We are a video production company specializing in music videos and advertising/promotional videos. We would like to release the following statement regarding the production of the music video ‘Overdrop’ by Xiumin, an artist under 1NB100.
In August 2025, 815 VIDEO produced one full music video and one teaser video at the request of INB100, and the project was successfully completed in accordance with the contract signed between the two parties.
The total service fee is 82.46 million KRW (including VAT) ($~55,085.34 USD), of which the advance payment of 16.5 million KRW ($~11,025.17 USD) has been received. However, the remaining balance of 65.96 million KRW ($~44,059.41 USD) has not been paid since the project’s completion.
We have repeatedly requested payment for the remaining balance since the due date; however, following the resignation of the person in charge at the time, we have not received a clear response for a specific payment date.
The music video has already been released through the official channels and is being used for the artist’s musical promotions, and we have faithfully fulfilled our obligations under the contract. We express deep regret that the rightful payment has not been made for an extended period.
815 VIDEO has been negotiating for quite some time to reach an amicable resolution. We would like to inform you that if the outstanding balance is not paid promptly, we will have no choice but to review all necessary actions to protect our rights under the contract.”
