“Boys II Planet” Contestant Ends Up Apologizing, Triggers Massive Backlash
Amid recent news about making a Boys Planet 2 spin-off group, VERIVERY’s Kangmin has been put in the spotlight on whether he will join the alleged group.
He recently sent messages through Bubble, letting fans know that while he supports the new group, he would not be joining it.
Popular Idol Responds To Speculation On Joining “Boys II Planet” Spin-Off Group
He emphasized that he did not want to bring this subject up anymore and hoped that everyone would “like me for who I am,” and that he would “choose to go forward and do my best!”
However, not long after, he returned to Bubble, asking fans to stop saying bad things to him.
“I don’t want to fight with anyone. Through this, I want to make everyone who supported me then happy. But there are many things I cannot choose. Could you please stop saying nasty things to me, as someone who is just trying their best to repay the support?
I am just someone who wants to receive and give love. I’m sorry, I think I got sensitive because I cherished the efforts and time I spent on the show.”
