On November 24, NCT’s Mark appeared in Seongsu to attend the photo call event for the Cosrx pop-up store held at Stage 35.

He took a look around the pop-up store and posed for the cameras as fans waited for him outside.

In particular, a video clip of Mark trying to wave to fans while leaving went viral.

Fans who were at the event revealed that they heard the security guard yelling at Mark as he rolled down his window.

Do you know what makes me so mad? Mark was trying to wave to fans, but the security guard yelled ‘Why are you rolling the window down, f*ck’. I almost died from how mad I was… things were out of control, and people kept pushing, and they were even yelling at the fans who were standing properly inside the fence.
The OP of the video clip later posted the part where the security guard cursed at Mark.
ㅋㅋ pic.twitter.com/up308PrMLk— 💥 (@xelyvn) November 24, 2025
I’ll upload the part where they cursed, too. To be precise, they said, ‘F*ck, don’t open the door.
Fans were absolutely furious with the guard’s unacceptable behavior.

It’s the security guard’s job to protect the artist, not cursing them out however they please.
You need to know when it’s enough. He’s cursing him out in front of his face. What did Mark do wrong to get cussed at? Isn’t it your job to protect him? So f*cking rude.
mark, please, just get the fuck out of that company. https://t.co/RhqqeBiria
